The Laragh team were recently invited to the Top Hat factory in Derbyshire and to see the finished homes in Kitchener Barracks, Chatham. It was great to see their unique processes in action.
TopHat manufacture modular homes in a controlled environment, removing uncertainties, improving quality, and reducing costs. Modular homes are built in a factory and then transported to the development, minimising unforeseen circumstances such as unforeseen weather. Kitchen Barracks is an exciting development of 2,3,4 and 5-bedroom homes in Kent.
